Description:	This is a redistribution of the bcc source code for use
		in compiling Linux/16.  As86 and ld86 are also required,
		but those are also needed to build regular Linux kernels.
		BCC is a non-optimizing C compiler which can produce both	
		16 and 32-bit code...
